Mike Smith is our Executive Pastor. He oversees the business administration of the church as well as volunteers and our men’s ministry. He and his wife, Jennifer, are empty nesters! Their daughter, Caroline, is a graduate of North Greenville University and their son, Andrew, currently attends Western Carolina. Mike spends his newly found free time constructing something like his back deck.

Kristin Young is our Teaching Pastor. She oversees all of our content, including the blog, podcast and social media. She is also on the preaching team. She and her husband, Peter, love family movie nights with their daughters, Marlee and Margot. Kristin is an excellent girl mom because she is often found playing dress-up in her own closet.

Ashley Fazal is our Missions & Outreach Pastor. She oversees What If Everyone, international partnerships and ongoing local outreach projects. She and Pastor Naeem enjoy eating sushi and watching superhero movies with their teenagers, Asher and Nurah. Ashley is also our unofficial resource librarian because she loves reading and always has a resource to share.

Sean is our Worship Arts Pastor. He oversees worship, production and programming for all of our services. He moved to Charlotte in 2021. Sean enjoys watching as many movies as possible and he will work quotes from all of them into his daily conversations.

Quenisha is our m.Kids coordinator. She oversees the Sunday experience for our families and kids from birth through 5th grade. In her free time, you might find Quenisha showing off her best moves in a dance class, spending time with family or shopping for yet another Mickey Mouse item to add to her collection.

Vinnie Candelore is our Graphic Designer. He oversees social media, graphic design and video editing. Vinnie and his wife, Lyndie, live in Pittsburgh where they enjoy living room dance parties with their daughter, Veda. When he isn’t behind a computer screen, he’s in his art studio painting custom shoes.
